Workspace Method abs_linesReadFromHitran
Description
Read all the lines from a HITRAN 1986-2001 catalogue file in
the given frequency range. Otherwise a runtime error will be
thrown. For HITRAN 2004 line data use the workspace method
abs_linesReadFromHitran2004.
Please note that all lines must correspond to legal
species / isotope combinations and that the line data
file must be sorted by increasing frequency
