Workspace Variable pha_mat_spt

Phase matrix for a single particle type.

This variable contains the elements of phase matrix for a single 
particle for given propagation direction. 
It is the calculated in the agenda pha_mat_spt_agenda. 
The elements of the phase matrix are calculated from   
the single scattering data. ARTS user guide (AUG) gives the formulas used for computing all 
elements of the phase matrix for a given particle type.

Unit:        m^2
