Workspace Method ArrayOfLineMixingRecordReadAscii

Description

Read line mixing data from an ASCII file.

This is merely a convenience function to convert data from Richard's
ASCII format into XML. For example:
  ArrayOfLineMixingRecordCreate(lm_convert)
  ArrayOfLineMixingRecordReadAscii(lm_convert, "o2_v1_0_band_40-120_GHz")
  WriteXML("zascii", lm_convert, "o2_v1_0_band_40-120_GHz.xml")

After reading the data it must be matched to abs_lines_per_species.
