Workspace Variable pha_mat

Ensemble averaged phase matrix.

This workspace variable represents the actual physical phase
matrix (averaged over all particle types) for given propagation
directions. It is calculated in the method pha_matCalc

ARTS user guide (AUG) gives the formula used for computing this
variable. Use the index to find where this variable is discussed.
The variable is listed as a subentry to "workspace variables".

Usage:      Output of the method pha_matCalc

Unit:        m^2

Dimensions: [ scat_za_grid, scat_aa_grid, stokes_dim, stokes_dim ]
