Agenda refr_index_air_agenda

Calculation of the refractive index of air.

This agenda should calculate the summed refractive index for all
relevant atmospheric constituents, with respect to both phase and
group velocity.

The include file 'agendas.arts' predefines several agendas that
may either be used directly, or serve as inspiration.

OUT	refr_index_air_group	(Numeric)	Group index of refractivity.
IN	rtp_pressure	(Numeric)	Pressure at a radiative transfer point.
IN	rtp_temperature	(Numeric)	Temperature at a radiative transfer point.
IN	rtp_vmr	(Vector)	Absorption species abundances for radiative transfer calculations.
IN	f_grid	(Vector)	The frequency grid for monochromatic pencil beam calculations.
