Workspace Method abs_xsec_per_speciesInit
Description
Initialize abs_xsec_per_species. The initialization is necessary, because methods abs_xsec_per_speciesAddLines and abs_xsec_per_speciesAddConts just add to abs_xsec_per_species. The size is determined from abs_species.
