Workspace Method pha_matCalc
Description
Calculates the total phase matrix of all scattering elements. This function sums up the monochromatic phase matrices of all scattering elements pha_mat_spt weighted with their respective particle number density, given by pnd_field, for a single location within the cloudbox, given by scat_p_index, scat_lat_index, and scat_lon_index.
