Workspace Variable abs_vec_spt

Absorption vectors of the scattering elements.

This variable contains the elements of the absorption vector of the
individual scattering elements. It is calculated in the agenda 
spt_calc_agenda.

Unit:        m^2

Dimensions: [number of scattering elements, stokes_dim]
