Workspace Variable covmat_se
Covariance matrix for observation uncertainties. This matrix (Se) describes the uncertainty of the measurement vector (y), and can be writtenn as Se = Seps + Kb * Sb * Kb', where Seps describes direct measurement errors (such as thermal noise), Kb is Jacobian for forward model parameters, and Sb describes the uncertainty of the forwatrd model parameters. Usage: Used by inversion methods. Dimensions: [ y, y ]
