Workspace Group TransmissionMatrix
Contains the transmission matrix as a function of frequency
This type is related to RadiationVector
The stokes dimensionality squared translates directly to the size of the matrix
Internally, this holds an efficiently packed list of these matrices
This is often used in combination with RadiationVector to compute the radiative
transfer through the atmosphere
The transmission matrix is often computed from the combination of two PropagationMatrix
at different atmospheric path points (using the distance between these points)
It holds information about the polarized transmission, unlike its cousin PropagationMatrix,
which holds information about the polarized absorption
