Workspace Method VectorDivideElementwise

Description

Element-wise division of two vectors.

The method calculates c = a / b.

The variable *b* is allowed to have length 1, for any length of
*a*. This single value in *b* is then applied to every element of *a*.

The vectors *a* and *c* can be the same WSV, while *b* can not be
the same WSV as any of the the other vector.
