Workspace Variable sensor_los_ecef

As sensor_los but matching ECEF coordinates.

For this version of sensor_los, each row shall hold [dx,dy,dz],
where dx, dy and dz are the x, y and z components if the line-of-sight
directions in ECEF coordinates. [dx,dy,dz] must form a unit vector (i.e.
its 2-norm shall be 1).

Probably only useful for 3D.

Usage: Set by the user.

Unit:  [ m, m, m ]

Size:  [ number of measurement blocks, 3 ]
