Workspace Variable jacobian
The Jacobian matrix. The matrix holding the Jacobians of the retrieval quantities. Each quantity, and its subdivision into atmospheric grids, are stored as columns in the matrix. The matrix has to be initialised before the quantities can be defined. Initialisation WSM is jacobianInit. Retrieval quantities are then added with *jacobianAdd...* methods. See the online help. Pure numerical calculation is described by *jacobian_calc_agenda* and are performed by *jacobianCalc*. Units: See the different retrieval quantities.
