Workspace Variable wind_u_field

Meridional (second horizontal wind) component field for 3D.

The east-west wind component. Air moving towards higher
longitudes is a positive wind.

Can be set to be empty, which is interpreted as zero wind speed
everywhere.

Unit:       m/s

Dimensions: [ p_grid, lat_grid, lon_grid ]  or [ 0 0 0 ].
