Workspace Variable massdensity_field

The field of atmospheric scattering particle types in unit of massdensity
(like IWC/LWC/Rain/Aerosol etc.).

If massdensity_field is obtained from Chevallier91L data, the scat. particles are
hydrometeors of type: CLW[kg/m^3] CIW[kg/m^3] Rain[kg/(m2*s)] Snow[kg/(m2*s)]

NOTE: naming discussion: massdensity_field should be renamed in the future
to a more general term (not limited to massdensities).

Possible future extension: In the future a *massdensity_field_raw* might be needed,
which contains the not-interpolated mass concentrations of scattering particles.
This is not needed in the moment, since massdensity_field is only used with 
batch profile data (where all atmospheric variables are on the same grid).

Usage:	massdensity data is used to calculate pnd_fields

Unit:	depending on what is read, usually [kg/m3]

Dimension:	[ type, p_grid, lat_grid, lon_grid ]
