Agenda iy_loop_freqs_agenda

Agenda dedicated to iyLoopFrequencies.

If iyLoopFrequencies is used, this agenda basically replaces
iy_main_agenda.Accordingly, this agenda has exactly the same
output as iy_main_agenda.
