Calculates jacobians for sinusoidal baseline fit.

This function is added to jacobian_agenda by jacobianAddPolyfit and should normally not be called by the user.

Parameters:
  • jacobian (Matrix, optional) – The Jacobian matrix. See jacobian, defaults to self.jacobian [INOUT]

  • mblock_index (Index, optional) – Measurement block index. . See mblock_index, defaults to self.mblock_index [IN]

  • iyb (Vector, optional) – Monochromatic pencil beam data for one measurement block. See iyb, defaults to self.iyb [IN]

  • yb (Vector, optional) – The measurement vector for a single measurement block. See yb, defaults to self.yb [IN]

  • sensor_response (Sparse, optional) – The matrix modelling the total sensor response. See sensor_response, defaults to self.sensor_response [IN]

  • sensor_response_pol_grid (ArrayOfIndex, optional) – The “polarisation grid” associated with sensor_response. See sensor_response_pol_grid, defaults to self.sensor_response_pol_grid [IN]

  • sensor_response_f_grid (Vector, optional) – The frequency grid associated with sensor_response. See sensor_response_f_grid, defaults to self.sensor_response_f_grid [IN]

  • sensor_response_dlos_grid (Matrix, optional) – The zenith and azimuth angles associated with sensor_response. See sensor_response_dlos_grid, defaults to self.sensor_response_dlos_grid [IN]

  • jacobian_quantities (ArrayOfRetrievalQuantity, optional) – The retrieval quantities in the Jacobian matrix. See jacobian_quantities, defaults to self.jacobian_quantities [IN]

  • period_index (Index) – Index among the period length specified for add-method. [IN]

  • verbosity (Verbosity) – ARTS verbosity. See verbosity, defaults to self.verbosity [IN]
