following the sorting order used for y.

Usage:      Used internally.

Unit:       W / (m^2 Hz sr) or transmission.

Dimensions: [ naa*nza*nf*stokes_dim ] where naa is length of
            mblock_aa_grid, za length of mblock_za_grid and nf is
            length of f_grid.
