Workspace Variable sensor_response_za

The relative zenith angles associated with the output of
sensor_response.

Definition of angle matches mblock_za_grid. Works otherwise as
sensor_response_f.

The variable shall not be set manually, it will be set together with
sensor_response by sensor response WSMs.

Usage: Set by sensor response methods.
