Workspace Variable surface_reflectivity
Surface reflectivity, for a given position and angle. This variable describes the surface reflectivity at one position and one incidence angle. It works as surface_scalar_reflectivity but is also defined for vector radiative transfer. The first dimension of the variable shall either match f_grid or be 1. The later case is interpreted as the reflectivity is the same for all frequencies. Usage: Input to some surface properties methods. Dimensions: [ f_grid or 1, stokes_dim, stokes_dim]
