Workspace Variable cloudbox_on

Flag to activate the cloud box.

Scattering calculations are confined to a part of the atmosphere
denoted as the cloud box. The extension of the cloud box is given by
cloudbox_limits. This variable tells methods if a cloud box is
activated or not.
