Sets spectral_tramat_bkg to back of spectral_tramat_cumulative_path.

This is purely compositional and it is better to use pure python code if need this functionality in your own control-flow.

• spectral_tramat_bkg (MuelmatVector, optional) – Transmittance from the background. See spectral_tramat_bkg, defaults to self.spectral_tramat_bkg [OUT]

• spectral_tramat_cumulative_path (ArrayOfMuelmatVector, optional) – Cumulative transmission matrices along the propagation path. See spectral_tramat_cumulative_path, defaults to self.spectral_tramat_cumulative_path [IN]
