freq_wind_shift_jac

Workspace.freq_wind_shift_jac: Vector3

The frequency wind shift Jacobian.

Used because all methods inside spectral_propmat_agenda work on the frequency grid, not on the actual wind speed for the sake of wind shift Jacobian calculations.

The order is
