Sets an RPV surface BRDF and computes its DISORT cosine Fourier modes.

All parameters are frequency independent.

Parameters:
  • disort_settings (DisortSettings, optional) – Contains the full settings of spectral Disort calculations. See disort_settings, defaults to self.disort_settings [INOUT]

  • rho0 (Numeric, optional) – RPV amplitude. Defaults to 0.027 [IN]

  • kappa (Numeric, optional) – RPV Minnaert exponent. Defaults to 0.647 [IN]

  • asymmetry (Numeric, optional) – Henyey-Greenstein asymmetry parameter. Defaults to -0.169 [IN]

  • hotspot (Numeric, optional) – Hot-spot strength. Defaults to 0.1 [IN]

  • azimuth_quadrature_points (Index, optional) – Number of azimuth quadrature points used for each Fourier coefficient. Defaults to 100 [IN]
